Purveyors of Charleston’s most charming homes.
Colony & Craft is a boutique Charleston brokerage founded by Bradley Thompson. Since 2016 we’ve helped neighbors buy, sell, and fall in love with the Lowcountry, one porch at a time.
Small by design. Local by heart.
We’re not a big-box brokerage, and we never wanted to be. Colony & Craft was built on the belief that buying or selling a home should feel personal: a broker who answers his own phone, knows which streets flood and which porches catch the breeze, and treats your move like it’s the only one on his desk. That’s what craft means to us.

Both. About half of our clients are buying their first or next Charleston home, the other half are selling one they’ve loved.
-
Downtown and the peninsula, Wagener Terrace and Hampton Park, James Island, West Ashley, Park Circle, and the greater Lowcountry. If it has a porch, we’ve probably sold near it.
-
In most cases, nothing out of pocket. We’ll walk you through exactly how compensation works before you sign anything.
-
Absolutely. Some of our best conversations start with “we’re just curious.” No pressure, ever.

You get Bradley, not a rotating team. One point of contact from first showing to closing keys.

Meet Bradley Thompson
Founder and Broker-in-Charge. Bradley started Colony & Craft in 2016 after years of watching good people get lost in the shuffle at bigger firms. He’s a Charleston guy through and through, the kind who’ll talk your ear off about a Wagener Terrace bungalow or a James Island marsh view, and who believes community isn’t something you talk about, it’s part of the work.

Charleston, neighborhood by neighborhood
Charleston isn’t one market, it’s a dozen small ones. The peninsula’s historic single houses and piazzas. Wagener Terrace and Hampton Park bungalows a bike ride from downtown. Marsh views on James Island, quiet streets in West Ashley, and the front-porch energy of Park Circle. Each has its own rhythm, price range, and flood map, and we know them all.
