Harvest Festival 2026 at Johns Island County Park: Bluegrass, Barbecue and What to Bring

Charleston County Parks brings its Harvest Festival back to Johns Island County Park on Saturday, November 7, 2026. It is a full day of live bluegrass, barbecue, hayrides and a crafters market, set in one of the largest and most wooded parks in the county.

For Johns Island residents it is a short drive down Mullet Hall Road. From West Ashley, James Island or downtown, it makes an easy Saturday trip out to the island at the best time of year to be outdoors in the Lowcountry.

About Johns Island County Park

Johns Island County Park is one of the county's larger parks, with wooded trails, the Mullet Hall Equestrian Center and an archery range on the property. If you have only driven past it, the festival is a good reason to see how much room the park has.

Johns Island as a Place to Live

Johns Island keeps more of its rural character than most of the Charleston area, with farm stands, live oaks and long drives between neighbors. Our Johns Island community page covers the island's housing, parks and how it connects to the rest of Charleston.
